Why it Matters to You

The buyer pool is much different when you are in the main street market.  You are generally looking for someone who is “buying a job.”  They are less sophisticated buyer.  The “shotgun” approach is used to attempt to reach as many buyers as possible instead of creating a targeted buyers list.
