Investment Banking Representative (IBR)

The IBR is the fundamental position for experienced associates to conduct sell-side / buy-side transactions.  Stakeholders include the CEO, the administrative team, Market Center Director, Senior Advisor, associates, clients, potential buyers, and alliance partners.  As such the IBR is responsible for managing all aspects of a transactions efficiently, effectively, and comprehensively; while developing the skills, certification and licensure to become an industry expert and advancing to a Senior IBR.

Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating business by cultivating and nurturing meaningful synergistic relationships with trusted advisors and business owners. They will also build and cultivate a pipeline of Business & Market Strategy Guides (B&MSG - Business Valuations) through both SBA Certified valuations and business valuations. The BDR will utilize the tools, services, and products available to you through Blue Sky. Attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills, management of expectations, strong time management and personal accountability are essential attributes of a successful Business Development Representative.

Organizational Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative of Blue Sky Business Resources LLC, your primary responsibility is to develop business by utilizing the resources and collateral created by Blue Sky that drives business development. You will track and register your activities in the CRM and be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly production and revenue goals. You will also oversee the planning and execution of educational initiatives offered to our referral partners and their clients. As a representative of the Blue Sky organization, it is expected that you will contribute to the overall integrity of the brand, the strength of the team, and the continued success of Blue Sky Business Resources LLC.

Performance Benchmarking

The BDR is responsible for developing business leads and opportunities. They will generate a spirit of evangelism within the team which will, in turn, strengthen relationships with alliance partners through expanded service efforts, and achieve a robust and durable pipeline of lower middle market deals. As such, there is a tremendous responsibility on the BDR to perform exemplary work in a timely and efficient manner. Associate 

The Associate is the starting point for inexperienced independent contractors / employees desiring to conduct sell-side / buy-side transactions.  Stakeholders include the CEO, the administrative team, Market Center Director, Senior Advisor, Advisor, clients, potential buyers, and alliance partners.  As such the Associate is responsible for learning and becoming efficient, effective, and comprehensive regarding all aspects of finding and managing a sell or buy-side transaction.
